FEST – Future Electricity Systems & Technologies CEE banner

WHY ATTEND

FEST conference is built for technical professionals.

Every day, electricity professionals face increasingly complex technical challenges:

  • Integrating more renewable generation without compromising system stability.
  • Expanding network capacity while reducing congestion.
  • Deploying energy storage and flexibility services effectively.
  • Modernising ageing grid infrastructure.
  • Using AI and digital tools to improve network planning and operations.
  • Protecting critical infrastructure against growing cyber threats.

FEST brings together the engineers and technical experts solving these challenges today.

Through real-world case studies, technical presentations and peer-to-peer discussions, you’ll gain practical knowledge, discover proven solutions and exchange experiences with colleagues facing the same operational realities.

Your time is valuable – spend it where the future of the electricity sector is being defined.

CEE edition of the FEST – Future Electricity Systems & Technologies conference and exhibition takes place on 22 October 2026 in Warsaw.

The conference examines the technical challenges of integrating renewable generation, inverter-based resources, energy storage, flexibility services, cybersecurity and digital technologies while maintaining grid stability, reliability and resilience. The exhibition showcases the most innovative solutions designed to help electricity system operators, utilities and network owners address the evolving challenges of planning, building, operating, maintaining and securing modern power systems.

FEST is designed for professionals who need to understand what comes next – not what happened yesterday. The agenda cuts through the hype to examine the technologies, market reforms and investment decisions that will determine how future electricity systems are built, financed and operated.

Every session focuses on the practical challenges facing utilities, developers, investors, TSOs, DSOs, technology providers and policymakers: integrating renewables at scale, expanding grids, deploying storage, digitalising networks, strengthening cybersecurity, managing flexibility and ensuring energy security.

Over 150 participants are expected to take part, including experts from regional TSOs, DSOs, energy generators, IPPs, grid planners, project developers and EPCs, system engineers,, OEMs, technology providers, and consultants shaping the future of power systems.

FEST CEE is a part of the Future Electricity Systems & Technologies series organised by The Voice of Renewables at various locations across Europe.
