CEE region is rapidly building utility-scale renewable energy projects – but these assets must also be connected, integrated, and operated within increasingly complex electricity networks.

The programme follows the complete journey of modern renewable energy projects – from planning and development through grid connection and long-term operation.

  • Grid stability under high renewable penetration
  • Managing congestion and real-time balancing
  • Protection, control, and operational resilience
  • Integration of inverter-based resources
  • Digitalisation of transmission and distribution networks
  • Grid connection constraints and interconnection studies
  • Curtailment risk and revenue uncertainty
  • Designing hybrid renewable + storage projects
  • Optimising project bankability under grid limitations
  • Navigating evolving flexibility and market signals

About The Voice of Renewables

Established in 2008, The Voice of Renewables is the independent industry media platform behind FEST, Hydrogen Connections and Power & Money conference series focused on the technologies, engineering challenges, financing and system-level changes shaping the future of electricity in Europe.

We publish interviews, technical insights, and industry analysis across grid integration, system stability, flexibility, digitalisation and clean power technologies.

Through editorial content, newsletters and event coverage, The Voice of Renewables connects engineers, utilities, developers and technology providers throughout the year – not just at events.

For FEST partners, it provides a continuous platform for visibility, thought leadership and technical engagement beyond the conference itself.
