Shaping Europe’s Future Electricity Systems — Together.

Europe’s electricity system is undergoing a structural transformation driven by electrification, renewable integration, digitalisation and the need for new system stability approaches.

FEST brings together organisations developing utility-scale energy projects and the electricity networks responsible for connecting, integrating, and operating them. It is a focused engineering and technology forum for the organisations planning, building, operating and enabling tomorrow’s power system.

For sponsors, FEST is an opportunity to position your company at the centre of the conversations shaping the future of Europe’s electricity networks. Whether your goal is to raise your profile, launch new technologies, generate qualified leads or strengthen relationships with existing customers, our sponsorship packages are designed to deliver measurable value before, during and after the event. From thought leadership and speaking opportunities to exhibition space, networking and year-round promotion, FEST helps you reach the engineers, utilities, renewable developers and technology providers who are planning and building the next generation of electricity infrastructure.

Our partnership opportunities are designed for companies that want not just visibility but technical influence, direct engagement with decision-makers, and year-round industry presence.

FEST partnerships are structured around four commercial outcomes:

1. Technical Leadership
Position your organisation within the technical discussions shaping grid development, system stability and technology integration.

2. Market Visibility
Strengthen brand recognition among utilities, TSOs, DSOs, IPPS, EPCs, developers, OEMs and technology providers across Europe.

3. Business Development
Engage directly with senior engineering and commercial stakeholders actively involved in infrastructure investment and procurement decisions.

4. Industry Influence (via The Voice of Renewables)
Extend your presence beyond the event through targeted editorial, interviews and year-round industry communications.

Each level represents a different depth of engagement with the FEST community.

CEE edition of the FEST – Future Electricity Systems & Technologies conference and exhibition takes place on 22 October 2026 in Warsaw.

The conference examines the technical challenges of integrating renewable generation, inverter-based resources, energy storage, flexibility services, cybersecurity and digital technologies while maintaining grid stability, reliability and resilience. The exhibition showcases the most innovative solutions designed to help electricity system operators, utilities and network owners address the evolving challenges of planning, building, operating, maintaining and securing modern power systems.

Over 150 participants are expected to take part, including experts from regional TSOs, DSOs, energy generators, IPPs, grid planners, project developers and EPCs, system engineers,, OEMs, technology providers, and consultants shaping the future of power systems.

The event is a part of the Future Electricity Systems & Technologies series organised by The Voice of Renewables at various locations across Europe.
